The cuisine is the flagship of Hotel Garda and is inspired by Lake Garda and Trentino tradition, with typical products such as the precious Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.P. of the Garda of the "Santa Lucia" family farm, lake fish, cheese, salami and Trentino wines.
The modernized dining room is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the hotel pool and towards the surrounding mountains.

We believe in good food and the authenticity of our ingredients: local and regional Trentino products, selected meats, lake fish, typical cheeses, seasonal vegetables, the precious extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. of Garda produced on the "Santa Lucia" family farm.
For those who book half board, dinner will be in our restaurant "La Rosa dei Venti".
Dinner with a four-course choice menu, salad buffet, large selection of bread and fruit.
Every week we offer you a pleasant, typical Trentino dinner with dishes from our regional tradition.
Live music and piano bar after dinner will bring beautiful convivial moments to life.
We are attentive to the tastes and needs of all of our guests with suggestions for children, vegetarians, celiac sufferers and other food intolerances.
For those who only book bed and breakfast, our hotel offers a restaurant service in our La Rosa dei Venti restaurant for lunch and dinner.
As an extra service, a "light lunch" selection is available for lunch.
Dinner can be booked at any time, with an excellent 4-course menu of your choice.
We do not offer restaurant service in January.
