At the heart of each recipe is the prized Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the lake Garda area, produced at our family farm "Santa Lucia".
Lunch consists of three courses of your choice from a selection, or buffet (high season) with hot and cold dishes, buffet of breads, salads and fresh fruit.
The afternoon snack buffet with coffee, tea and cakes for all our guests.
Dinner consists of four courses of your choice from a menu selection, a salad bar, and an assortment of breads and fresh fruit.
Every week we have a typical regional dinner,with speciality dishes from the Trentino.
Live music or a pianist in the evenings offer entertainment during or after dinner.
We pay particular attention to providing alternative food options for those with dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan and celiac and can provide tasty children's menus.
Possibility to have lunch or dinner with menu of the day, with supplement, for guests who decide directly at the hotel.
Alternatively, you can eat "à la Carte" in the "La Rosa dei Venti" Restaurant, with supplement.
